Denver Trash and Recycling

The app is very useful. But I still like to cut out the paper calendar of recycle days and stick it on my fridge for a quick easy glance to see if tomorrow is recycle day, but this year's paper calendar inexplicably only goes through July. And neither the app nor the paper calendar seems to be accurate anymore, since either my trash or my recycle pickup has been a whole day late every single week for the last several months.

Used to be a good app before 2022, now won't give me reminders and seems to have key info missing, like site map, actual scheduled pickups like, trash, recycle, large item pickup. All missing in app. Turn notification on and it turns itself off every time. Only getting "chain letter" answers from support department. Tried re installing twice, etc. Same thing. Other apps, no problem w notifications. Very frustrated!

I was asked to update my review. Well yes I will do so. I have had a work order in for multiple months now & was told to leave my trash cart out until someone would be by to fix or replace it. It's been months since the wheels were damaged by someone & it would be fixed or replaced well. Nothing has been done to fix the issue yet. I have sent emails with no response back about this & I have even tried calling a few times & no one has helped me & now you all want to charge me $50. What is wrong!
