One star because zero isn't an option. I installed this mostly for reminders. Upon opening the app (Google Pixel 6 Pro XL), I'm prompted to input an address. Sadly, this.is not possible. There is no active box to open the dialognand activate the keyboardm. Seriously, this is unacceptable for a service company like Recology.

Fix your app. It hasn't displayed the schedule for pick up days in weeks. I'll improve the rating I give when it's fixed. Already contacted customer service. Said they'd have it fixed by the next billing cycle. So I have to wait 2 more months for a feature that was working fine and removed in the last update.

App is utterly useless. After I enter my address, it goes to the What Bin page. There is no way to access the schedule. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Dev keeps asking people for details, but this is as clear and simple as I can make it.
