Our Enhanced Success Package includes everything in our Essential Success Package plus an additional 20 hours of support.

For organizations that need additional support, this package has the right balance between support hours and responsiveness. You will also receive priority access to new products or features that we launch by opting into the ReCollect Beta Program.

Platinum Success Package

Our Platinum Success Package offers the most annual support hours – at 80 total hours per year. It also includes a 4 business day response time guarantee from our team on any support requests you may have. It’s perfect for organizations that are larger, or have support needs that are more time-sensitive.
